Director, Founder's Office

Director, Founder's Office responsible for building and running the operational infrastructure behind A1 across multiple countries. Lead business operations, manage payroll and local operations, oversee office setup, entity incorporation, market launches, vendor management, and support recruiting operations and hiring activities. Manage a team of Business Operations Partners, coordinate events and logistics, and drive process improvements to accelerate speed and reliability. Collaborative, hands-on leader comfortable working across recruiting, finance, legal, and administrative functions; accountable for outcomes and execution.
