Job Summary
Director, Founder's Office leads cross-market business operations, oversees office setup, entity incorporation, payroll and local operations, vendor management, recruiting operations, and hiring activities. Oversees operations across markets, manages a team of Business Operations Partners, plans events and logistics, tracks initiatives, and drives process improvements to increase speed and reliability. Collaborates across recruiting, finance, legal, and administrative functions, and supports scalable execution in a hands-on environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in business operations, strategic operations, founder's office, or similar roles
- Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments
- Comfortable working across recruiting, finance, legal, and administrative functions
- Able to identify problems, make decisions, and drive execution independently
- High ownership and willingness to take responsibility for outcomes
