Job Summary
Translate the foundation's vision into actionable operational milestones while tracking performance metrics across data, marketing, and events. Supervise a high-performing operations team, including direct oversight of the Event lead on financial budgeting, vendor logistics, and execution. Direct marketing, communications, and PR strategies to amplify hospital success stories and drive donor acquisition. Synchronize cross-functional workflows between analytics, public relations, and event teams to maximize institutional efficiency. Full-time role at Ascension St. Vincent's Riverside Hospital in Jacksonville, FL, within the Foundation Development department.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management
- Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management
