Director for England & Wales Programmes leads IFSA’s portfolio across England and Wales, shaping strategy and programme development for enrolment, IFSA-designed, summer, and customs groups; build partnerships with universities and industry; oversee student services, housing, and crisis management; ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., BAC, UKVI, QAA); manage budgeting and resource allocation across sites; travel as needed and work primarily from London with occasional travel to programme locations. Essential leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and experience managing international education programmes; strong focus on student experience, wellbeing, and regulatory compliance; right to work in the UK. The role requires a Master’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant senior leadership experience in higher education contexts.
