Director - Footwear Sourcing Operations

Job Summary
Lead and empower Footwear Sourcing Operations teams across multiple regions to achieve excellence; overseeing the Heads of Footwear Operations and the Head of Footwear Quality to ensure alignment toward shared goals; develop and execute a sourcing strategy through actionable initiatives; build and nurture long-lasting partner relationships with manufacturing partners; drive automation, sustainability, and continuous improvement to scale the business; collaborate across Innovation, Product Strategy, Sustainability, Supply Chain and Finance; propel transition of new innovation projects from concept to inline production, and lead automation initiatives with manufacturing partners; based in Vietnam with travel to Zurich, Indonesia and China; nurture a high-performing, collaborative culture and develop the team through projects and evolving responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in sourcing or manufacturing (across in-house and/or OEM environments) of high performance products
- Experience in footwear is highly valued
- Deep experience implementing automation in production
- Visionary leader with experience leading, coaching and developing a high performance team
