Job Summary
Develop and execute a multi-year transformation strategy focused on variation management, operational excellence, analytics, and innovation. Lead large-scale initiatives that improve operational consistency, claim outcomes, employee effectiveness, and customer experience. Partner with FLiB leadership and Transformation & Optimization teams to identify high-value opportunities for generative AI adoption, design proof-of-concept initiatives, and scale AI-enabled workflows. Establish best-in-class variation management practices and mature data capabilities to enhance decision-making and continuous improvement efforts. Communicate progress and benefits realization to senior leaders and stakeholders. This role reports directly to the FLiB AVP and requires strong influence across all organizational levels.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of seven years of relevant experience within a large insurance carrier or similarly complex organization
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale business transformation, operational excellence, variation management, or strategic change initiatives
- Strong project management expertise with experience leading cross-functional programs and delivering measurable business outcomes
- Experience leveraging analytics, business intelligence, statistical tools, or data visualization platforms to inform decisions and drive results
- Strong analytical capabilities with an ability to identify trends, insights, risks, and opportunities from complex data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategic objectives into practical solutions and measurable outcomes
- Proven ability to influence leaders and stakeholders across departments and organizational levels
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered
