Job Summary
Lead end-to-end facility loan program management, including financing requests, diligence responses, term sheet comparisons, legal reviews, and funding handoffs. Negotiate key financing terms such as pricing, baskets, and covenants while partnering with divisional CFOs to evaluate lender bids and guide decisions. Oversee corporate debt transactions, refinancings, and restructurings, managing relationships with lenders, bondholders, and investment banks to optimize cost of capital and liquidity. Develop strategies for interest rate and credit risk management, execute hedging strategies, and maintain financial models to support capital structure decisions. Serve as a primary escalation resource for Treasury teammates, mentor team members, and provide thought leadership for executive and Board-level reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 8–10+ years of progressive corporate finance, treasury, or investment banking experience
- focus on debt capital markets and risk management
- Hybrid work environment with limited travel
- Extended hours may be required during transaction-heavy periods
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or CTP
- Experience managing loan programs, partnership financing structures, corporate debt portfolios, and multi-entity credit portfolios
- Healthcare, leveraged environments, or ASC experience
- Deep understanding of capital markets, credit agreements, and financial instruments
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
