Job Summary
Director, FP&A – Vision Care at Bausch + Lomb leads strategic financial planning and analysis for Vision Care in the U.S., partnering with the VP/GM and senior leadership to drive forward-looking insights, budgeting, long-range planning, scenario analyses, and performance reporting. Responsibilities include leading annual operating plans and long-range strategic plans, overseeing forecasting and variance analysis, consolidating financial results for executive leadership, and driving disciplined sales forecasting and revenue planning while partnering cross-functionally on new product launches, pricing, channel optimization, and allocation of resources. The role also entails leading and developing a high-performing FP&A team, improving processes and systems, and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred), 10+ years of FP&A or finance experience, US market experience in pharma/medical devices, strong financial modeling skills (GTN forecasting) and proficiency with SAP/Oracle/Hyperion/Adaptive Insights, Excel, and Power BI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field required
- 10+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior business leaders to drive strategy and performance
- Strong background in pharmaceutical or medical device industries with U.S. market experience required
- Proven success leading financial planning processes, including sales and revenue forecasting
- Experience building, developing, and leading high-performing teams
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; MBA, CPA or equivalent advanced certification preferred
- 10+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience
