Job Summary
The Director, Financial Planning and Analysis is responsible for leading the annual budget and ongoing forecast process. This includes managing and mentoring a team of finance professionals, and providing financial analysis and decision-making support to stakeholders. Key responsibilities include partnering with accounting on monthly reporting, communicating with leaders across the organization for decision-making support, optimizing tools for financial reporting, and supporting investor metrics. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance or accounting, strong leadership skills, and experience in fast-paced environments.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Business with a major in Finance, Accounting or other technical/mathematical discipline
- Minimum of seven years of relevant experience with at least three years at corporate level
- Minimum of three years in a leadership role
Desired Qualifications
- MBA preferred but not required
- Airline industry experience preferred but not required
