Job Summary
Director, FP&A to scale DriveWealth's financial operations, own rolling forecast process and annual budget, drive IPO readiness, and deliver actionable insights on revenue drivers, cost structure, and brokerage economics. You will develop comprehensive financial models, manage budgeting, define KPIs, implement scalable finance tech (EPM/BI), and prepare high-quality materials for the Executive Team and Board. Requires 10+ years in strategic finance/FP&A or related fields, public-company or IPO experience, strong leadership, and ability to communicate complex financial data to executives and investors. Role is based in New York (hybrid), with in-office cadence across NY, Chicago, and Lithuania.,
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic finance, corporate FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or financial strategy
- Mandatory experience in a public company setting or direct involvement in taking a company through the IPO process
- Proven ownership of company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and comprehensive financial modeling
- Experience with complex financial modeling, forecasting, scenario analysis, and deconstructing brokerage unit economics
- Experience with financial reporting systems and planning infrastructure (e.g., EPM/BI tools)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field; MBA/CFA is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for executives, boards, and investors
- New York, NY - Hybrid work arrangement; willingness to work in-office as required
