Job Summary
Manage a cross-geographical team of FP&A professionals and partner with the Global Fertility Commercial Leadership Team to deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and operating expense commitments. Drive profitable revenue growth, improve contribution margins, and enhance financial returns on investments while determining pricing actions and product profitability. Establish and maintain a robust control environment for the Fertility Commercial Organization, ensuring accountability for overall financial leadership across a diverse business structure.
