Required Qualifications
- Experienced credit risk professional with 10+ years of experience in credit risk management, corporate banking, counterparty risk or similar with a major financial institution
- Understanding of the challenges faced by financial institutions in managing credit risk in a regulated environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust
- Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and a drive to succeed
- Proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce
