Director Financial Accounting & Control EMEA

Lead the EMEA Accounting & Control organization, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Treasury, and Financial Control. Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. Serve as the regional technical accounting authority, ensuring consistent application of US GAAP, local statutory requirements, and Group accounting policies. Lead EMEA reporting and consolidation activities and act as the primary interface with US Corporate Finance. Ensure the timely preparation, audit, and filing of statutory accounts across EMEA jurisdictions. Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, regulatory agencies, and external advisors. Drive remediation and resolution of accounting, audit, tax, and compliance matters. Lead finance systems, reporting, and process transformation initiatives, including automation, standardization, and data governance improvements. Partner with Corporate Treasury to ensure effective liquidity management, cash forecasting, and treasury governance. Build and develop a high-performing accounting and control organization across the region. The position is based in Amsterdam with frequent travel to Ansbach, Germany.
