Director Finance (w/m/d)

Lead end-to-end finance operations including month-end and year-end closing under HGB, rolling 12-month forecasts, and quarterly business reviews for leadership and the board. Manage a four-person team while overseeing ERP architecture, payment infrastructure, and AI-native automation across all financial processes. Drive cross-functional scaling of accounts receivable, tax compliance across European markets, and investor reporting to support fundraising and M&A execution. Direct the transition to an AI-native finance function using MCP and Claude for automation. Report directly to the CFO and sit within the Leadership Team to steer the company toward triple-digit revenue growth.
