Job Summary
Lead end-to-end execution of enterprise transformation initiatives, including M&A integration, operational harmonization, and process redesign across IT, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Commercial functions. Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and success metrics while driving disciplined execution using best-practice methodologies. Facilitate governance forums, manage risks, and influence cross-functional teams to align toward shared outcomes. Apply continuous improvement principles to identify inefficiencies, track value realization metrics, and ensure initiatives are embedded into day-to-day operations with measurable benefits. Own project financials, manage external vendors, and maintain audit readiness.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in project, program, or transformation management within complex, matrixed organizations
- Proven experience leading transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and drive progress in evolving environments
- This is a safety-sensitive position
