Job Summary
Lead end-to-end execution of enterprise transformation initiatives, including M&A integration, operational harmonization, and process redesign across IT, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance. Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans with clear milestones, drive disciplined execution using best-practice methodologies, and facilitate governance forums and executive updates. Manage project financials, forecast variances, and oversee external vendors while applying Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma principles to identify inefficiencies and ensure measurable value realization. Partner with functional leaders to embed changes into day-to-day operations, manage adoption risks, and maintain audit readiness. This role requires 10+ years of experience in complex, matrixed organizations and is located at Gentiva Hospice.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in project, program, or transformation management within complex, matrixed organizations
- Proven experience leading transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and drive progress in evolving environments
- This is a safety-sensitive position
