Director - Finance & Procurement

Job Summary
Strategic leadership of the organization’s finance and procurement functions: develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs, quality, and supplier performance; oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting; ensure internal controls, governance, and regulatory compliance; drive continuous improvement across finance and procurement processes; build and maintain relationships with vendors and financial partners; mentor and develop finance/procurement teams; monitor KPIs and provide regular reports; collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- 10+ years of combined experience in finance and procurement, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience in developing and executing finance and procurement strategies within large-scale projects or organizations
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, procurement best practices, and contract management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and operational excellence
- Proficiency with financial and procurement software and tools
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
