Director Finance Operations Shared Services (AP/AR)

Lead the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable function for all US brands, managing ~25 people across NYC, CO, and the Philippines to process $X billion in transactions. Diagnose current processes and metrics, identify opportunities, and partner with business and technology leadership to execute improvements in procure-to-pay and order-to-cash workflows. Define key performance indicators, service level agreements, and operational metrics while tracking delivery against global objectives. Resolve critical vendor, process, and system escalations to ensure root cause analysis and effective problem resolution. Support month-end close, internal and external audits, and maintain compliance and audit-readiness for all AP/AR processes. Identify and quantify financial and operational risks, driving productivity and efficiency gains across multiple departments.
