Job Summary
Director, Finance (North America, UMPG) leads revenue reporting and analysis, including accrual estimates, and partners with the Digital Business Affairs team to ensure proper digital deal accounting. Oversees revenue forecasting and budgeting across North America entities, directs monthly close with P&L sign-off, collaborates with publishing administration royalty to ensure complete and accurate revenue and royalty processing, and serves as main contact for audits and SOX compliance. Plays a key role in finance system design and automation, including AI-driven initiatives to improve forecasting accuracy and decision-making. Requires strong Excel/Word proficiency and experience with SAP and HFM; ability to work independently or in a team, and to liaise across affiliated offices. Formal education includes a BA in Accounting/Finance; CPA or Master’s degree preferred; 5+ years in accounting/finance. Perks include comprehensive benefits and generous time-off.
