Job Summary
Own the prototype-to-pilot pipeline for AI-enabled transformation across Regulatory Reporting, Financial Control, Product Control, and FP&A by personally building agentic AI prototypes that accelerate core finance production workflows. Identify high-value use cases and establish value-realization metrics including productivity gains and cycle-time reduction while defining governance, audit, and compliance patterns from inception. Partner with Technology and Data teams to improve Finance data assets and lead the US Finance AI Academy, managing stakeholder alignment with senior Finance leadership and global Technology/Data groups. Track emerging AI capabilities and ensure every solution meets enterprise requirements for security and resilience while applying agile delivery discipline.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- MBA or advanced technical credential
- Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in Finance
- At least 5 years in senior leadership roles at a major financial institution
- Deep domain expertise across Regulatory Reporting, Financial Control, Product Control, or FP&A
- Demonstrated hands-on AI/ML delivery experience: personally built and shipped LLM-based or agentic solutions in production environments
- Strong judgment in designing solutions for governance, audit, and controls from inception
- Senior-level executive communication and credibility
- Proven builder's bias: comfortable producing working prototypes in days, iterating in front of stakeholders, and translating between domain and technical teams
- Technical fluency sufficient to direct (not necessarily build) modern AI/data stacks: Python, SQL, RAG and agentic frameworks, vector stores, cloud data platforms, and workflow orchestration
- Experience driving measurable adoption and change management at scale within complex, regulated environments
Desired Qualifications
- Capital markets product knowledge spanning rates, credit, equities, FX, and derivatives with familiarity to the trade lifecycle
- Foundational understanding of machine learning concepts sufficient to direct and evaluate model-based work
- Experience standing up upskilling programs, communities of practice, or capability centers within large Finance or Technology organizations
- Exposure to enterprise data governance, semantic layers, and metadata management frameworks
