Director, Finance - Columbus Crew & Columbus NWSL

Director, Finance overseeing financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and risk management for both the Columbus Crew and the Columbus NWSL Club. Serves as a primary liaison for external auditors, tax advisors, MLS and NWSL financial representatives, and supervises accounting staff. Responsibilities include developing annual budgets for both clubs, periodic re-forecasting, monthly departmental reporting, financial statement review, debt covenants and treasury management, tax compliance and external audits, contract review for league compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with facility merchandising and service vendors to optimize revenues and fan experience. Requires a strong background in GAAP, financial modeling, budgeting, internal controls, and CPA credential; prior sports industry or entertainment experience is a plus.
