Director, Finance

Finance Director to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range modeling; oversee monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements under IFRS (and US GAAP desirably); manage treasury, cash flow, liquidity, external audits, regulatory compliance, and internal controls; partner with senior leadership on capital allocation, performance evaluation, investor relations, and corporate development; supervise finance team and drive process improvements across Canada, Norway, and the United States in a publicly listed company with TSX/Nasdaq exposure; strong mentoring and leadership required; heavy emphasis on strategic financial leadership and governance in a mining/industrial/project-based context.
