Job Summary
Lead financial and administrative management for Max Perutz Labs Support GmbH, overseeing operations, HR, IT, governance, and infrastructure. Coordinate the interuniversity organization unit in alignment with the two partner universities and actively participate in strategy, personnel, and infrastructure planning. Support the application and implementation of research and third-party funded projects while collaborating closely with scientific leadership on budget and organizational decisions. Represent the labs in commercial matters at the Vienna BioCenter, including committee work and stakeholder engagement with funders, fostering collaboration between science, administration, and external partners.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Wirtschafts- oder kaufmännisch ausgerichtetes Studium bzw. gleichzuhaltende Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige relevante Führungserfahrung
- Fundierte kaufmännische Expertise
- Knowhow im Prozess- und Projektmanagement
- Sehr gutes Verständnis für Forschungsprozesse
- Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz
- Hohe Kommunikations-, Überzeugungs- und Verhandlungskompetenzen
- Souveränes Stakeholdermanagement in komplexen Organisationsstrukturen
- Unternehmerisches Denken

- Flexibilität
