Establish and develop client relationships with area finance and accounting leadership while recruiting top talent to fulfill open client job orders in accounting, finance, tax, and audit. Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates; consult hiring managers through the selection process and negotiate salary based on position requirements. Foster long-term relationships within the accounting and finance community, develop strategies to qualify candidates, and manage open job orders from intake to fulfillment. Collaborate with other divisions to fill positions and cross-sell business lines while achieving established sales and performance goals.
