Job Summary
Prepare monthly financial statements and reviews for Memorial Hospital, Health Partners, and affiliated entities; coordinate system-level budgeting using Workday and Adaptive Planning. Supervise the Accounting Department and payroll function while leading bi-weekly productivity reporting and annual financial audits. Analyze cash flow, forecast budgets, and evaluate internal controls to implement new procedures. Assist the CFO with Medicare and Medicaid cost reports and complete special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 2 to 4 years' experience in public accounting
- 2 to 4 years' experience in health care accounting
- Equivalent experience to Bachelor's degree in accounting with 2 to 4 years in public or health care accounting
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
