Job Summary
Lead Capital budgeting/forecasting and long-range planning for capital expenditures, depreciation, and cash flow; develop robust financial models and provide ROI analysis and scenario planning; partner with Technology, Operations, and Business leaders to evaluate investment opportunities; deliver executive-level dashboards and narratives for senior leadership; oversee month-end close and capital asset accounting to ensure GAAP compliance and SOX controls; drive enhancements in reporting tools, provide insights on risks/opportunities, and support cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Accounting, and Business Operations; expected proficiency with Excel (Pivot Tables), Workday Financials, Oracle SQL, and clear communication to non-financial stakeholders; CPA/MBA preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10+ years of progressive accounting/planning or similar role experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking
- Ability to understand the “whole picture” and communicate with different stakeholders
- Excel in accounting functions; experience with Workday Financials; Oracle (SQL); familiarity with AI technologies (GPT, Gemini, Copilot, Claude)
