Job Summary
Provides leadership and oversight for the Field Operations group, overseeing activities across major geographies and operational areas. Drives and directs the largest teams or teams with the most complex and highly visible customers, monitors performance metrics for service delivery and revenue/retention impact, and defines continuous improvement of customer engagement and service support practices. Applies knowledge of economic, financial, market and industry trends to understand and improve results; develops checklists to ensure information is error-free; emphasizes accuracy and attention to detail; conveys insights to improve organizational outcomes; leverages corporate resources to maximize product/service effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience
- BS / BA Degree
