Director, Field Medical / Medical Science Liaison - New England

Develop and maintain strategic peer-to-peer relationships with leading cardiologists, heart failure specialists, interventionalists, and academic researchers to implement the Cardiovascular Medical Strategy locally. Conduct high-level scientific exchanges regarding disease state, mechanism of action, clinical trial data, and emerging pipeline assets while presenting complex cardiovascular clinical data. Provide clinical trial support for company-sponsored trials, including protocol education, site feasibility, and enrollment acceleration, and facilitate investigator-initiated studies. Capture actionable medical insights from external experts and support national and local medical congresses to drive impact within the assigned territory. Ensure all scientific interactions comply with FDA, EMA, Sunshine Act, and internal SOPs while maintaining accurate documentation in CRM systems. Anticipated travel is 60-70%.
