Job Summary

Director, Field Medical Affairs leads a national Field Medical organization focused on the community cardiology segment. Defines and executes Field Medical strategy aligned to US Medical Affairs and enterprise priorities, translating strategy into field plans with measurable outcomes, and ensuring compliant execution across regions. Coaches and develops the national MSL team, drives KPIs and performance metrics, engages cross-functionally with senior stakeholders, and shapes enterprise decisions. Manages budget planning and resource allocation, represents Field Medical in leadership forums, and fosters scientific engagement while maintaining governance and compliance standards. Travel approximately 50–60% and remote work option supported for US-based operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or DO)
  • 12+ years of Medical Affairs experience, including field medical leadership
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing MSL teams at scale
  • Executive presence, influencing senior stakeholders, and operating effectively in leadership forums
  • Strategy development, execution, and cross-functional leadership
  • Experience with KPI-driven performance management, coaching, and organizational leadership
  • Willingness to travel (~50–60%)
