Director, Field Intake & Business Requirements

Director, Field Intake & Business Requirements leads and coaches a senior team responsible for serving as the single, consistent front door for field workflow, digital, and AI-enabled capability needs across Customer Engagement. The role ensures field demand is captured, translated into technically actionable requirements—including problem statements, scope boundaries, success criteria, constraints, dependencies, and readiness signals—and delivered through enterprise platform teams with one structured intake path. Responsibilities include establishing quality standards, owning CE-facing intake, implementing transparent triage and prioritization, converting field needs into technical-ready requirements packages, and ensuring AI/workflow use cases are defined with guardrails and measurable value.
