Job Summary
Lead product development across the Americas FICC Macro platform, shaping strategy and overseeing expansion into new products, venues, and markets. Drive delivery of institutional-grade trading functionality by collaborating with Technology, Quant, and COO teams; manage venue and vendor partnerships; and influence cross-functional stakeholders. Build and evolve trading platforms across Rates, Repo, and Commodities (and FX as applicable), stay ahead of market-structure changes, and align with broader FICC Macro business strategy. Strong emphasis on delivered capability, agile execution, and leadership across multi-disciplinary teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors-, or equivalent-, level degree
- Ext knowledge and experience across two or more FICC Macro product lines (Rates, Repo, Commodities, and/or FX)
- Understanding of the full trading and risk lifecycle in a Principal-trading environment
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scaled Agile)
- Knowledge of design best practices in electronic trading, trade capture, and risk management
