Job Summary
Own day-to-day strategy and operational accountability for a 10-15 person team of government contracts experts, overseeing a $4M-$5M book of business. Lead complex client engagements for defense-oriented GovCon clients by advising prime contractors on FAR and DFARS contract interpretation, execution, and risk across the full lifecycle. Drive process improvement to move the practice from bespoke delivery toward repeatable, productized service offerings while improving pricing, scoping, and workflow efficiency. Build the operating model needed for scalable growth, manage team performance and commercial outcomes, and serve as a senior escalation point for high-risk deliverables. Partner with senior leadership on staffing, capacity planning, and revenue goals to evolve the practice into a technology-enabled business.
