Job Summary
Lead delivery of family governance, legacy planning, philanthropic advisory, and family education services for ultra-high-net-worth clients ($25MM+). Facilitate guided discovery to help families define vision, values, and long-term wealth objectives, while designing governance structures including family meetings, councils, and decision-making frameworks. Advise on complex family dynamics, conflict resolution, and multi-generational engagement, partnering with Business Advisory Services on transition planning and succession. Drive new client acquisition and expand existing relationships through differentiated advisory capabilities, acting as a national subject matter expert on family governance and philanthropy. Educate and coach advisors on governance capabilities, lead program development, and manage third-party partners to support business growth. Requires 10 years of experience advising UHNW families, a Master's degree or professional designation, and occasional overnight travel.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience advising ultra-high-net-worth families and/or family offices
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Master's Degree or professional designation (e.g., JD, CPA, CFA, CFP)
- valid driver's license
- Ability to occasionally operate a motor vehicle
