Director Facility Operations

Oversee general building maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, painting, roofing, minor repairs, and electrical work while ensuring preventative maintenance is completed on all equipment. Maintain facility compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements, manage staff through hiring and performance management, and coordinate outside vendors for assigned projects. Respond immediately to fire and disaster situations per emergency plans and develop maintenance plans and timetables for completion. Serve as project manager for small-scale, short-duration projects. Requires high school diploma with preferred healthcare facility experience and valid driver's license.
