Job Summary
Oversee general building maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, painting, roofing, and electrical work while ensuring preventative maintenance on all equipment. Maintain the facility in a sanitary, safe, and orderly condition compliant with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements. Manage staff for hiring, development, training, and performance, and coordinate outside vendors to complete assigned projects. Develop maintenance plans and timetables, serving as project manager for small-scale initiatives. Respond immediately to fire and disaster situations per emergency plans. Requires a Texas TCEQ license, valid driver's license, and CPR certification. Located in Hill Country, Texas; full-time role with competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Texas Commisions on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) license
- Valid state driver's license, where required in a facility
- CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification
- First aid
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher level of education in Business or technical field
- Five or more years' of Healthcare experience involving construction/maintenance
- Ten or more years' construction/maintenance/Healthcare supervisory experience
- Valid Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM)
