Job Summary
Directs operation and maintenance of all building systems statewide; develops programs to ensure buildings, utility systems, and grounds are optimally maintained in compliance with engineering codes, standards, and regulatory requirements; oversees programs and projects to meet budget, schedule, scope, and performance expectations; leads and mentors the leadership team and Project Managers and drives continuous improvement.
