Job Summary
Director, Experience leads a senior experiential team responsible for delivering client projects from brief to execution. Oversees budgets of $2M-$4M, develops activation concepts, serves as primary client POC, and guides a small team (1-4 mid-level reports) to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Collaborates across THE•TEAM departments, shapes strategy, and fosters a positive, collaborative culture while pursuing new revenue opportunities. Requires a Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years in event/experiential, sports, or entertainment, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Hybrid role with 3 days in office and potential for fully remote for the right candidate; base salary range $90K-$140K plus bonus potential; comprehensive benefits package offered.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years relevant event agency experience (preferably in experiential, sports or entertainment)
- Demonstrated leadership with teams (1-4 reports)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets of $2M-$4M
- Ability to deliver projects from concept to execution
- Open to hybrid/remote work arrangements
