Job Summary
Lead expense management and governance for Global Wealth Management (GWM) Finance. Responsible for owning the expense management framework, transparency, reporting standards, and governance; driving benchmarking, performance tracking, cost-structure optimization, and end-to-end cost planning with business partners; delivering actionable insights through monthly/quarterly/annual planning and analysis; providing decision support to senior leadership; guiding governance, risk and compliance alignment; and leading a high-performing team to achieve operating leverage and strategic cost discipline. Collaborate with Finance stakeholders and business lines to ensure accurate allocations, strategy alignment, and continuous process improvements. Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices to enhance expense management capabilities. Location: Toronto, Canada.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline; MBA or professional designation (CPA, CA, CMA) preferred.
