Job Summary
Direct the design, administration, governance, and communication of executive compensation and benefits programs to support MiniMed's business strategy, attract and retain top talent, and align pay outcomes with shareholder interests. Lead with senior leadership and the Compensation Talent Committee on executive compensation, equity compensation, and governance; drive annual planning for base salary, STI, and LTI; conduct benchmarking and market analyses; oversee disclosures for proxy statements; ensure SEC compliance and governance standards; collaborate with CEO/CHRO, Legal, and external consultants; prepare Board materials and coordinate governance documentation. This role is based in Northridge, CA and follows a hybrid work model with onsite presence varying based on meetings and team activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience and 7+ years of leadership experience in executive compensation in a public company environment
- Or, advanced degree and 8+ years of relevant experience and 7+ years of leadership experience in executive compensation in a public company environment
