Job Summary
Develop and execute executive visibility strategies for the Founder and Executive Chairman, serving as their primary communications partner to shape brand alignment and amplify business priorities. Own the strategy and delivery of high-impact content, including speaking engagements, media opportunities, and social storytelling across LinkedIn and Instagram. Collaborate with the Executive Committee to craft external messaging that advances the corporate narrative while managing briefing materials for key milestones and thought leadership events. This always-on role requires monthly travel and availability outside traditional hours to support real-time engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to translate business strategy into compelling executive narratives across multiple channels
- 7–10 years of experience supporting high-profile individuals and/or senior executives within a talent agency, entertainment company, or corporate environment
- Experience in executive communications, corporate communications, content strategy, executive brand development, or related fields
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution
- Outstanding judgment, executive presence, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders
- Experience navigating high-stakes, high-profile environments—both corporate and cultural
- Self-starter with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities while collaborating effectively across teams
- Flexibility to travel approximately monthly to support executive engagements and company initiatives
- Availability to work outside of traditional business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
- High degree of discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information
