Coordinate with consultants to ensure candidate quality for SaaS sales hiring programs while managing client pitches and commercial discussions. Train, develop, and guide the team to achieve successful outcomes, maintaining quality standards during urgent campaign timelines. Operate as the primary client contact for campaign searches within the RPO business unit, leveraging autonomy to build the team structure. Support the MD in strengthening the leadership team for a global executive search firm specializing in private equity-backed software companies.
