Job Summary
Define the scientific evidence development strategy by translating business questions into fit-for-purpose studies and plans across neuroscience, pulmonary, cardiovascular, and oral health domains. Lead a team of scientists responsible for designing research, executing studies, and delivering robust evidence for internal decision-making, messaging substantiation, and external communication. Supervise the scientific evaluation of new opportunities, critically review study proposals and findings, and ensure operational efficiency through appropriate resource allocation. Engage with key multi-functional partners and external specialists to support scientific governance forums and manuscript preparation. Actively develop team capabilities through coaching and mentoring while fostering collaborative ways of working.
Required Qualifications
- PhD & Post-Doctoral Fellow in Biological Sciences
- Minimum of 12 years of experience post-PhD in non-clinical and translational research within an R&D environment
- demonstrated scientific expertise across multiple health areas, such as neuroscience, pulmonary health, cardiovascular health, and oral health
- Demonstrated experience leading scientific teams

- Strong business acumen gained through industry leadership experience
