Job Summary
Manage venue operations and revenue goals by driving profitability through cost control, labor scheduling, and equipment setup while overseeing daily floor activities. Lead teams in delivering world-class service by troubleshooting technical issues, managing inventory, and ensuring accurate billing and forecasting. Collaborate with regional sales to maximize revenue per event, present proposals, and maintain up-to-date customer data in the CRM. Monitor small to medium events on-site, enforce brand standards, and coach staff on Encore protocols. Work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with on-call status for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of audio-visual experience
- 1+ years of supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of audio-visual equipment in a live show environment
- Must be able to successfully complete Level 3 Skills training
- Proficiency with the use of computer hardware
- Proficiency with computer software and programs, including the Internet and Microsoft Office
- Effective leadership abilities and customer satisfaction focus
- A valid driver's license
