Job Summary
Manage venue operations and profitability for locations generating $450k–$900k in revenue by driving cost control, reviewing P&L statements, and preparing accurate sales forecasts. Lead daily floor activities including equipment setups, strikes, and inventory management while troubleshooting technical issues and guiding technicians. Cultivate relationships with venue personnel and customers to maximize revenue per event through upselling, proposal presentations, and proactive site visits. Oversee team performance, conduct coaching sessions, and ensure compliance with Encore standards and venue guidelines. Work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays with on-call status in a hotel environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of audio-visual experience
- 1+ years of supervisory experience
- Must be able to successfully complete Level 3 Skills training
- Proficiency with the use of computer hardware
- Proficiency with computer software and programs, including the Internet and Microsoft Office
- Effective leadership abilities

- A valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
