Job Summary
Director to join the Europe team in Washington, D.C. The role leads client communications, acts as primary contact for client representatives and external stakeholders, coordinates cross-functional teams, and delivers products such as stakeholder maps, country briefs, market assessments, and proposals. Focused on Europe and/or Eurasia geopolitics, with emphasis on defense, technology regulations, and related sectors. Provides guidance to junior staff, oversees deliverables and team performance, and supports business development using Salesforce to cultivate leads and opportunities. Requires 8+ years of experience, a BA/BS in a related field (graduate degree a plus), and strong writing, communication, and analytical skills. The position emphasizes strategy development, project and team management, and firm leadership to advance client interests in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree in political science, international relations, public policy, or business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated expertise in Europe and/or Eurasia geopolitics and political affairs
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint and other MS Office tools
- Excellent presentation, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with creative, solution-oriented, problem-solving skills
