Job Summary
Lead software engineering delivery across multiple "Digital Online" programs and products while defining architecture governance and delivery frameworks. Manage large teams of developers and QAs, driving Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices to ensure timelines, quality, and budget adherence. Drive adoption of AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot and OpenAI APIs to enable automation in coding, testing, and deployment, establishing security and compliance standards. Partner with executive leadership and clients to define strategic roadmaps and present delivery metrics, while mentoring engineering leaders to build high-performing teams. Establish engineering KPIs and operational excellence frameworks to support digital transformation initiatives leveraging cloud, AI, and analytics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering and delivery management
- 5+ years in leadership roles managing enterprise-scale delivery programs
- Strong experience with: Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong experience with: AI/ML tools and platforms
- Strong experience with: Agile and DevOps methodologies
- Strong experience with: Enterprise architecture and scalable systems
- Strong experience with: Experience managing global distributed teams
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Generative AI implementation in enterprise environments
- Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, and data security practices
- Exposure to automation frameworks, platform engineering, and SRE models
- Certifications in Cloud, Agile, PMP, or AI technologies
