Job Summary
Director of ETS Operations – Processing oversees the global data processing function across service delivery teams, driving efficient, high-quality eDiscovery processing at scale. Responsibilities include strategic and hands-on management of Processing across locations and vendor partnerships, leading process improvements, standardizing SOPs, championing RelativityOne adoption, and guiding transitions from legacy systems. The role acts as senior escalation point for processing issues, collaborates cross-functionally with Intake, Hosting, Production, Client Services, and Solutions/Innovation, and develops KPIs/SLAs to predict resource needs while scaling for surges. Leads a distributed team of Processing Managers and technical specialists, fostering an accountable, learning-driven culture. Requires 10+ years in eDiscovery or related legal tech, with strong data-driven decision-making, change management, and a client-service mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in eDiscovery or a related legal technology field
- hands-on knowledge of processing workflows and tools (e.g. Nuix, Relativity/RelativityOne)
