Job Summary
Director, ERP, Finance Tech leads the strategy, delivery, and optimization of enterprise finance systems with ERP platforms to enable scalable, compliant, and efficient financial operations. Partners with Finance, IT, and business leaders to deliver measurable value through modern ERP solutions, overseeing ERP modules (record-to-report, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay), managing multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring regulatory controls and governance, and driving automation and improvements. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and 10-12 years of enterprise technology experience in Finance, with SAP/Tier-1 ERP proficiency, and up to 20% travel. Based in Raynham, MA (with roles also in other listed locations).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related field
- 10-12 years of progressive experience in enterprise technology roles supporting Finance, including ERP leadership at scale
- Strong people-leader experience, managing managers and senior professionals
- Experience with SAP or comparable Tier-1 ERP platforms in a global environment
- Background supporting business separations, integrations, or large-scale transformations
- Travel: Up to 20% domestic and international travel
