Job Summary
Director of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Accessibility (EDIA) leads enterprise-wide efforts to strengthen equitable, inclusive, accessible, and trauma-informed organizational systems and workplace practices. Partners with HR and Organizational Excellence to integrate EDIA principles into leadership practices, employee experience, and enterprise decision-making; focuses on sustainable systems-level impact, leadership enablement, and measurable outcomes; drives a culture of belonging, inclusive communication, and accountability across the organization; oversees initiatives such as Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), organizational culture, and leadership development to support equity and accessibility across Hopelink’s operations.
