Job Summary
Sr. Manager, Exec TA leads end-to-end executive talent acquisition for senior leadership and mission-critical roles at DePuy Synthes during a corporate separation. Partners with executive leadership, HR Business Partners, and Global Talent Acquisition to attract, assess, and secure senior-level talent; develops proactive sourcing strategies using market intelligence and targeted outreach; ensures a high-touch, confidential candidate experience; manages relationships with external search firms; supports succession planning and governance; and handles required local document handling and compliance tasks. Role may require travel up to 20% domestically/internationally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: typically 8-10 years of progressive experience in executive recruiting, talent acquisition, or senior-level HR roles
- Strong executive presence with ability to influence and advise senior leadership
- Proven expertise in executive sourcing, assessment, and candidate evaluation methodologies
- Experience managing executive search firms and external partners
- Languages: English required
